perfect base for exploring beautiful wengen and nearby trails

Single travelers will find the staff very helpful with local information, made my explorations so much easier, but the dining room's limited hours could be more accommodating for hikers wanting a full day of adventure.

The room we had included a safe, television, and a mini-fridge-bar. The location was unbeatable and super in a lovely area, near to Kleine Scheidegg.

Where it excels and where it fails

Good breakfast provided a scrumptious start to each day, while spacious suites offered amazing views of the surrounding landscapes.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi hindered connectivity , and the absence of massage services was disappointing.

Only stayed 3 nights, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this extremely convenient and modern hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, room was great-sized and cosy with balcony. The property was in a central setting right next to station👌❤

Excellent location near Switzerland as well as Kleine Scheidegg, it's central. Besides, the hotel is located 5 km away from Mannlichen Mountain.

Unfortunately, the staff at the restaurant, and we sensed some disapproval of our family dynamic. The cost of our stay felt significantly high considering other hotels offered better value and more amenities. The photos showed a pool, but we only found hot tubs with murky water, which unfortunately led to an infection for my daughter.

The location is fantastic, right in front of the train station! The views from my suite were amazing, especially looking out towards Jungfrau. Dining options within walking distance are superb, with a fantastic steak restaurant nearby and great burger options just steps away.

The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times.

The location is top and the staff, especially at the reception, is great and super nice.

Bain Marie did not work - scrambled eggs were cold. Cold cuts and cheese platters almost all broken. (cover loose)

It was just a commendable fit for a mini-vacation in Wengen with great value-to-price ratio. The view from the balcony was fine, especially during sunrise. Try to book a higher floor for a quieter experience.

Nice location, but the hotel is a bit worn down. Needs some refurbishing. The receptionist was very helpful, but the breakfast serving was not.
